This simulated internship course develops students' professional communication and teamwork skills for the digital business environment. Students explore key theories, models, and real-world practices, focusing on written and oral communication, business language, and diverse communication styles to build strong, collaborative teams.  
 

Apply business communication theory and ethical practice to solve workplace communication issues in order to establish and maintain respectful professional relationships; 

Devise professional oral communication strategies for a range of organisational communication events; 

Work effectively in diverse teams; 

Create e-documents that achieve a targeted business purpose using appropriate industry and language conventions; 

Describe conflict management and resolution strategies in a variety of interactions with ICT and non-ICT professionals.
